Fabrication
Auger Fabrication: Carbon steel construction utilizing GMAW -pulse process to accelerate fabrication and installation phase.
Metering Bin: Built in two sections, this carbon steel plate & tube design was constructed using GTAW (TIG) welding – smooth welds & low steel sheets provided easier cleaning and minimal moisture buildup.
Diverter Chute: Fabricated using TIG welds, and 304 stainless steel. The end result was a stream-lined cleaning process and overall efficient and effective production.
Holding Bin: Designed for potatoes, the 316L stainless steel fabrication provides a custom solution for agricultural mixing and sanitation.
Mixing Kettle: Fabricated using 316L stainless steel – custom made for product efficiency and maximum sanitation.
Holding Tank: Custom fabricated for high corrosion resistance and outdoor use, the tank provides safe and high volume storage.
Equipment Platform: Made of carbon steel, it was fabricated to safely house and accommodate client equipment both on-top-of & below the structure
Vestibule: Designed and fabricated to enhance an existing building, this fabrication was fully seal welded to the building – creating a long-lasting aesthetic and value to the business.
